Yoga is really the only physical activity I enjoy besides hiking. There isn’t too much great hiking in west-central Illinois, though. When I do yoga everyday I feel amazing. I haven’t been feeling so amazing this month. Also, I used to be able to do the crow pose, but I can’t anymore! I could do it this time last year. I remember because I was like “Everybody watch this” and I did it super drunk at a senior week party. 

SO, I just did my first day. If any followers are going to do it too, let me know and we can be support buddies and share our favorite yoga youtube videos!
